Bring:
- 1 Towel
- Cloth napkin.
- 54 oz. water (3.5 bottles of water if 1 Pint size), only if you do not drink tap water.
- A container big enough to warm 54 oz of water
- Two 9 oz glasses
- A small breakfast container with lid.
- Money
Note: Fees are required to be paid once you reserve the spot, even if you do not show up.
Unless you notify early and replacement can be found.
Rules:
- Empty stomach - no food or drink in the morning.
- Light and early dinner the previous day.
- Cannot do if you have
- ulcer.
- Severe condition or Nephritis (inflammation of the kidney).
- Practice if you have mild blood pressure, but should use warm water without salt.
- Ladies: Cannot do if pregnant or menstruating.
